Mad Marlin Workout

A lot of people have asked me what to do if they only have 20 minutes to workout. Well, here it is, the “Mad Marlin Workout” It started as a pull up, push up, dip workout but I added a few things just because I like working the whole body, even if it is just for 20 minutes. Remember to use the FREEZE technique while performing these moves in order to achieve better results.
15 pull ups
15 push ups
15 dips
20 jumping squats
¼ mile run
Rest 30 seconds to 1 minute in between sets and 1 to 2 minutes after the last set. I will usually do 3 to 4 sets of all this as a workout but you can do as many sets as you can during 20 minutes, I’d estimate 2 sets.
Why the name? My good friend Tom Marlin, a NYC firefighter taught me this back in the day. You’ll see that after one hour of pulling, pushing, jumping and sprinting, you’ll give in just like the fish. I’m sure you’ll agree after you try it.
