My New Way of Blogging in 2010, join me!
Just to get the 2010 started, I decided to twist things a bit. Instead of me coming up with something to write on my blog, now you could be in control of the topic by sending me any question/s you may have. I will paste your question into the headline section so please, keep it clean ![]()
Be specific with your question. I receive a lot of e-mails asking me the same generic question, which is “What can I do to lose weight?” or “Could you design me a program to lose weight?” and my first thought is, really? I mean…If there was just one simple answer that would fit every single person, I would just write it down, sell it and go back to Brazil to party, eat amazing seafood and surf all day, really!
Maybe you are having a difficult time with an exercise from one of my workout videos and you want to know how to modify it. Maybe you have an example of a breakfast you are eating and want to know how to make it a better meal. Or maybe you’re about to buy a piece of equipment and you want to know my thoughts. Whatever your question might be, send it. We all want to know and learn something new. Along with your question please tell me a bit about yourself and include your fitness goal.
The topics are unlimited; it’s your choice to make this interesting. Also, feel free to post comments, all of us want to know your thoughts on each topic as well, not just mine. Lets have some fun! ![]()
