Do you really need to work on your Trapezius Muscles?
The answer is yes and no, but I would definitely put NO first.
Yes, it is recommended that every single muscle of your body gets worked but my point is, unless you’re a body builder you do not need to isolate or invest precious time at the gym just hitting those muscles.
There are exercises for different muscle groups that, if done properly and with good posture will also include your traps as secondary muscles. Here are a few examples:
Legs (dead lifts)
Back (cable row)
Shoulders (lateral raises)
Biceps (standing curl)
So next time you hit the gym, focus on your posture.
