Yes, it is recommended that every single muscle of your body gets worked but my point is, unless you&amp;#8217;re a body builder you do not need to isolate or invest precious time at the gym just hitting those muscles. &lt;br /&gt;
There are exercises for different muscle groups that, if done properly and with good posture will also include your traps as secondary muscles. Here are a few examples:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Legs (dead lifts) &lt;br /&gt;
Back (cable row)&lt;br /&gt;
Shoulders (lateral raises)&lt;br /&gt;
Biceps (standing curl)&lt;/p&gt;

Parker y andaba buscando rutinas de ejericios, tanto para mantenerme en forma (tengo que bajar de peso jejeje), y rutinas para realizar los calentamientos en las practicas, encontre tus videos en YouTube y la verdad me fascinaron, encuento que son excelentes y muy bien explicados, la verdad te felicito por lo que haces, es un excelente trabajo...&lt;/p&gt;

It&#8217;s a blueberry smoothie that contains a few extra ingredients. Here&#8217;s how I do it. </p>

<p>&#188; cup Frozen Wild Boreal Blueberries from Trader Joes<br />
1 scoop of <a href="http://www.nutsonline.com/cookingbaking/powders/organic-maca-powder/premium.html?gclid=CIn3rYfgkaICFSCjiQodFGZMcA">Peruvian Maca</a><br />
2 scoops of 2% Greek yogurt<br />
1 scoop of organic UltraGreens from earthbar<br />
1 scoop of organic Berry Powder Blend<br />
&#188; cup of almond milk<br />
&#189; packet of Muscle Milk protein powder<br />
Water</p>
