5 Ways to Refresh Your Fitness Routine

It can be easy to get caught in a fitness rut. Here are five ways you can switch up your fitness routine to get back on track.

Create a New Playlist

Working out isn’t always comfortable or fun. But just like your workout routine, listening to the same songs over and over can get boring. Spend a few minutes each week putting together a new playlist or listen to playlists made by others on your music app to amp up the type of workout you’re doing.
