When you’re planning a wedding there are a lot of things on your mind. It’s one of the biggest days of your whole life, so you want to get hitched without a hitch! Keep Your Goals Realistic

Hydrate!
You should make sure you’re drinking plenty of water. Los Angeles personal trainers recommend that people drink half of their weight in ounces of water every day. That means if you weigh 130 pounds, you should aim for 65 ounces of water a day.
Staying hydrated is important because it helps to keep your metabolism pumping and helps to fuel workouts. You may also find that you’re less hungry when you’re keeping up with your daily water intake needs since many times thirst can be misidentified as hunger.
Get Some Sleep
Getting to and maintaining a healthy weight doesn’t just happen in the gym or at the table, it happens in the bedroom too. You have to make sure you’re getting enough sleep at night, otherwise, the hormones that regulate hunger and satiety will get all mixed up and you may overeat. Plus, not getting enough sleep contributes to an overall feeling of fatigue – no one wants their wedding pictures to be upstaged by all the baggage under their eyes!
You need to aim to get eight or so hours of sleep a night – and don’t count on weekends to help you play catch up. Recovering from a sleep deficit cannot be accomplished in a couple of days, so sleeping in will only make it that much worse once Monday morning rolls around. Try to go to bed and wake up at about the same time every day.
